Fixed it. Turned out my NVM3 4.0 OS drive died. Ryzen 5600X with BIOS 4.00. Been running fine for two months. Just did a restart and get stuck at the ASRock screen and get an E6 code. It is E6, not Eb. I can enter the BIOS if I'm quick and have reset to default.
