I think, in UEFI you should set first boot device to Windows Boot Manager, assuming you already have hard drive with windows on it.

Hi all can somebody help me when I turn on my computer it starts with the screen which says my motherboard name then instead of going to windows start up screen it goes to asrock UEFI setup screen and on the sreen the curser keeps moving around I have to keep pressing the Esc key to finally get the operating screen to load can some one help please
