After the Win10 has been cleanly installed, please install the following RGB software.
https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeSYNC(v1.0.14).zip

Please check if the RGB software can be turned on.
If it does not turn on, please follow the steps to verify.
1. Boot up the system and run the Radeon software.
2. Close the Radeon software.
3. Make sure the LED On/Off switch on the graphics card is on.
