Does A320M-HDV R4.0 boot from exFat partitions£ I'm trying to install Windows 10 from a pendrive.

The iso from Microsoft has a install.wim file that is too large for fat32 so I have to use exFat. I found instructions to install grub on a fat32 partition but the grub link is broken.
