Unfortunately, these days buying high performance RAM for x570 system is a pure lottery. If your current RAM works fine with 5000 series CPU, ignore QVL. If you want to add more of the same RAM to your system, keep in mind, that it might not work at advertised speeds, because you are adding more load to memory controller with additional DIMMs.
If you are planning to increase the amount of RAM with different memory, have a list of QVL memory for the motherboard when buying new RAM, and see if you can find and buy something from QVL. I should have been more clear. I don't have the Trident Z. When I looked at the QVL for Matisse (3700x which I just replaced with the 5600x), the particular RAM already installed was not listed in the 3200 speed. Only the 3600 was listed.

It just looks like the RAM I already have is not listed in the QVL for the Matisse or the Vermeer in 3200 speed.
