Thanks for getting back to us.

Though the following are tried after a clean install of the Win10, however, the RGB will still not able to work properly, if this is the case, we will recommend contacting the distributor for further assistance.

-RGB FW is flashed
-LED On/Off switch on
-Graphics card driver installed.
-PolychromeSYNC(v1.0.15) is installed

Thank you for uploading the correct file.

I've successfully updated the GPU with the script and I've installed Polychrome RGB 1.0.15 but unfortunately it still shows the same problem:
It shows "Detecting Peripherals LED Controller" and then exits.

Unfortunately there is no script with the name "Update_RX6900_XT_PG.cmd" inside the zip file. I'm not sure if using the script for the 6800 XT (Update_RX6800_XT_TAICHI.cmd) would be correct or if this is the wrong zip-file.

Regarding your question, kindly refer to the following:
After the Win10 has been cleanly installed, please install the following steps
https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeSYNC(v1.0.15).zip

Please check if the RGB software can be turned on.
If it does not turn on, please follow the steps to verify.
1. Boot up the system and install the graphics card driver.
2. Make sure the LED On/Off switch on the graphics card is on.
3. Download the following tool and unzip it.
   https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX6900XT_PGD.zip
4. Run command prompt as Administrator.
5. Run the update tool by typing "Update_RX6900_XT_PG.cmd"
6. The update process may take a while.
7. When the message "Update Pass" shows up, it means that the graphics card firmware has been flashed successfully.

Hi,

I have a RX 6900 XT and can't get the ASRRGBLED to start properly. I've tried with a fresh Windows installation as well. It just shows "Detecting Peripherals LED Controller" and then it exits.

My system:
ASUS B550-E ROG STRIX
AMD Ryzen 9 5900X
HyperX Predator RGB (HX436C17PB3AK4/64)
ASRock RX 6900 XT
