Hello,

Smart Fan Speed Control has not worked properly since BIOS 4.10.   Though a user can select "DC MODE," upon reboot, fans are again clearly in PWM mode despite that "DC MODE" continues to be displayed. Reverting to BIOS 4.10 resolves the problem. Thus, this is a problem caused first before 4.20 and carried over to 4.40, despite that I have previously brought this to your attention (I received no acknowledgement of the message, the problem, or that you're working to fix it, when I last corresponded). DC MODE fan/pump control is a critical and basic motherboard function that MUST work. Until this problem is fixed, I am unable to use the motherboard with Ryzen 5000 series chips and have no access to "SAM."
