Hi all,

I need help , since few months I got an problem with my USB ports on the mobo , everything gets disconnected or loses connection, but also extremely slow response time while going in to the bios ,, let£™s say I have to wait 3 min before something happens.
I would like to update my bios but I can£™t find nothing new , the last bios version that was released was in 2017 . £ I£™m using Asrock Z170 Extreme 4 ..
bios L7.54 .

Is there some new bios version £
