I've tried everything and spent too many house. Just bought a MSI mobo and just like that I'm seeing 4.3 boost on a single core, 4.2 on multiple and 4.0 all core. I'm done with asrock. CPU is 10400f and I'm having an issue where all cores are boosting together. So, this makes the freq hit the hard cap of 4ghz. Whereas, single core boost should hit 4.3. I've tried numerous settings in the bios and nothing has worked.

Any one else experience this£
