Hi, I'm hoping someone here can help me eliminate this mobo as the source of my issues.

I built up a custom itx with an asrock z390 Phantom and a 9700k cpu. The build can be seen herehere. From the start I've had various issues with bluetooth mice and keyboards. The issues were intermittent connectivity, lag, and random glitches. I had to cycle through a few options before I found ones that were stable. Now my keyboard (Logitech MX Keys) has random keys that stop working. I've done all the logitech troubleshooting found here and removed the devices/drivers, etc. All the devices with issues will work fine for awhile then specific functions of the devices will crap out on me.
