Clicking show hidden devices also did not show realtek hd audio. Connecting to bluetooth just fine as well as the hdmi cable for monitor with built in speaker. The driver can be install but if you check the folder there's no "exe.". I install...uninstall...update...add legacy etc. but nothing happened.

Generally Windows 10 does a good job of installing working drivers for Realtek audio .. every time I've tried manually installing sound drivers, it just borks something with the games I play.

If you see exclamation marks next to something and/or "unknown devices" .. uninstall them and delete driver if it gives you the option .. reboot and see if windows automatically installs correct driver.

If still no .. maybe try going into bios and make sure audio is enabled ..you could try resetting to defaults or even updating the BIOS if there is an available update..

There is also the possibility that your motherboards audio has malfunctioned
