Answer is use flash drive not dvd.

I've just put together this board with i5 10400 and m.2 ssd and 2x8gb ram. Have got external dvd drive to install win10 from iso. Neither the ssd or dvd are available as boot options so can't leave bios to boot as it just gets stuck in loop.
