i am not getting anything from this motherboard, when i turn it on the rgb lights turn on but thats it, nothing else, i did notice when the power is off the lights are in synch but when i power it on the last rgb light blinks out of synch with the others

1x AMD Ryzen 7 3700x
2x Crucial ddr 4 2666 CT8G4DFRA266.C8FE
