I had the original poster's issue (locked at 4.5ghz / 45x.)

The BIOS ROM linked by ASrock_TSD (L1.61) resolved this. My 10600k is now happily fluctuating upto 4.8ghz / 48x, as it should. OK so no matter what I do to change the multiplier on this board it won't go above 4.5ghz / 45x I am guessing because I got a b560 board and not an Z series board is this causing my issue£ Also I know it is 4.8 turbo but again it never goes above 4.5ghz

ASRock b560 Pro4
i5 10600k
Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz 2x8 and yes XMP is running at 3200.
