The N3150M is micro ATX and uses regular DDR3 RAM where the N3150B-ITX is an ITX board and uses DDR3 SODIMMs (laptop memory) for example.<div><br></div><div>You can find all the differences <a href="http://asrock.com/mb/index.us.asp?s=Intel%20CPU" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">here</a>.
