Issue has been resolved with the Beta Bios L1.41 for B560m Steel Legend.

I installed the L1.81 BIOS and the WHEA error seems to be resolved,
as it does not show on several restarts now.

What was the problem with the L1.7 BIOS to show the error ...as mentioned,

Also, it is normal that VCCSA applies the high voltage when you are using Gear 1 mode with DDR4-3200~3600.

I flashed the newest Bios for B560M Steel Legend 1.40, which was released today. I´m still getting the Event ID1 Error on Startup. Running an 11400f, Adata SX8200pro Nvme.

Apart from that the Bios seems to be the same as 1.30.
