Thanx for reply mate . tried the one step ( of 10 minutes off the power with cmosed and battery of ) didnt worked . now im gona leave it 10hours or plus for the last try . 

 Bios chip ordering is not a valuable option for me ( 15 dollars cost of the chip plus the shiping cost to greece is half of the cost of a new mobo , and i alrdy ordered one . ..... )

 Thats is anooying me is the fact that the bios update was done due the right way and was not any crashing or a power shot down way . bios update done right , got the msg -- press enter to reboot -- and then chaos .

Try using this method to clear CMOS and see if that allows you to post again.

If that does not work then all is still not lost, you can still purchase a new BIOS chip from ASRock, preflashed with the latest BIOS version for your board.

Hi , my motherboard (fm2a88x+) just bricked after flashing the latest bios from asrocks site ( http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty%20FM2A88X+%20Killer/?cat=Download&os=BIOS ) after the flashing procedure that seems succed i get the message press enter to reboot and from then ive never seen a post .

 clr cmosed with battery removed , tried one memory stick of 2 . ( 2 x 4g 1600) removed vga ( 750ti ) nothing .only the fans working but no post .
