Ashan,

I would go into the AMD software in the tuning section:

Enable Fan Tuning
Disable Zero RPM Mode
Enable Advanced fan control
Modify your fan curves as you wish

Thanks for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Regarding your question, kindly download the ASRock Tweaker Software and adjust the fan settings to see if it will work.

If it does not work, please try to flash the vBIOS to the L02.

If the problem persists, the graphics card might need to be checked, kindly contact the store where the graphics card was purchased for further assistance.
