I've mainly noticed this while playing COH2 or running LoL in VMware. This is basically what it looks like in the VMware and COH2.</div><div><br></div><div>Happens at 0:59</div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb187, 187, 187; font-family: Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 9.53333px; : rgba28, 28, 28, 0.8;">https://youtu.be/AyrMHd3-R9o</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb187, 187, 187; font-family: Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 9.53333px; : rgba28, 28, 28, 0.8;"><br></span></div><div><span style="color: rgb187, 187, 187; font-family: Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 9.53333px; : rgba28, 28, 28, 0.8;">Bios 1.40</span></div><div><br></div><div>Nothings overheating or failing, all power saving features are turned off, cpu is running at full speed at all times.</div><div><br></div><div>If anyone has the same build it can be replicated easily by running LoL when there's quite a bit going on in game via Vmware latest build.
