Regarding your case, please download the firmware update tool from the following link to try.
https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/RGBFW/GPU/RX6800_PGD%2016GO.zip

Steps:
1. Download and unzip the file.
2. Execute the command prompt as administrator.
3. Type "cd (The path where the file is located)" and press enter.
   e.g. cd C:\Users\User\Desktop\RX6800_PGD 16GO.zip
4. Type "Update_RX6800_PG.cmd" and hit enter to start flashing the RGB firmware of the graphics card.

I have an ASRock AMD Radeon RX 6800 Phantom Gaming D 16G OC RX6800 PGD 16GO graphics card installed in my Razer Core X.

I want to change the LED lights by downloading the below software from https://www.asrock.com/Graphics-Card/AMD/Radeon%20RX%206800%20Phantom%20Gaming%20D%2016G%20OC/index.asp#Download

- ASRock Polychrome SYNC ver:1.0.14
- ASRock Polychrome SYNC ver:1.0.18

But none of them is working. It throws the below error when I try to open it.
