Thank you I did as you said and it worked. No more exclamations on any devices in the Device Manager.

Please install the INF, IME driver from our website. Mostly, the exclamation will disappear after installing this driver.

I Have A B560M Pro4 Board and I have Other Devices with exclamations in the Device Manager. What do I need to do to remove the exclamations and get it working properly?
