Cezanne APUs are going to hit retail on August 5th and will likely be very popular due to the GPU shortage. However, when I look at motherboards on the market, such as B550M Pro4 and B550M STEEL LEGEND, they all require update to relatively new BIOS.

Are currently shipping boards already coming with the latest BIOS to support these APUs? It's been a while since I've flashed any BIOS but in the past you couldn't do it without have a CPU in the socket. Is that still the case or is there a way now to flash without an cpu/apu in the socket?
