tried with 1 ram on B2 slot. didn't fix it.

also tried outside the case, same problem.

i had to to return the bored.

anything more i could try?

Are you using the DP or HDMI port?

Have you tried setting up on non-conductive surface outside of case with just the motherboard and PSU and see if it will boot? no display . system restarting every 25-30 seconds.

things i tried
different psu

cmos reset

removing all components except PSU CPU and MOBO (no beeps)

different PSU cable

anything more to try before returning the mother bored?
