My EP2C606-4L/D16 board is populated with 16 ECC DIMMs (Samsung M393B2G70DB0-CK0) that are 16GB each.

The board says B1, B2, D1, and D2 are invalid RAM modules, yet when I swap with other RAM modules, the motherboard says the same B1-B2-D1-D2 slots have bad RAM.

What could it be that the B and D pairs are not recognized?
