last update.. found the file you wanted me to download .. filename was wrong filename was RX6800_PGD 16GO.ZIP

extracted.. unistalld amd drivers. rebooted to safe mode .. ran DDU .. removed all amd software for video card. reboot back itno windows
disabled all rbg software and razer cortex .. reboot.

then proceeded with the update .. that finally worked. flashed a few times on it's own (different things) then rebooted..

same result can't see the card. write batch file only flashes mlb not the graphics card. software does not see the graphics card.

Please try the suggestions below:

After the Win10 has been cleanly installed, please install the following RGB software.
https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeRGB(v1.0.85).zip


Please check if the RGB software can detect the graphics card.
If it does not detect the card, please follow the steps to verify.
1. Boot up the system and run the Radeon software.
2. Close the Radeon software.

Well Polycrhome no longer sees my video card

polycrhome version:
1.0.14 --- write bat file updates the mlb but does not do anything to the video card. when polychrome is run you get error: error 0xFFFB Tehre is no Asr Graphics card and Asr USB LED Header! [ok]

(tried this in my egpu enclosrue on my alienware laptop. only this one on the laptop and only the laptop would show me the card but not actually change anything) (this worked with my graphics card in my pc 3 months ago but not now.)

1.0.85 This will flash my mlb's controller but then error for anything else. i can controll my mlb lights with this but my graphics card doesn't show up in the options to change settings. My graphics card did show up about 3 months ago but not now

i can play games and the card works graphically .. BUT NOW I'M STUCK IN THIS ONE MODE IN THE GRAPHICS CARD.. I CAN CHYANG EVERY OTHER LIGHT ON MY SYSTEM .. EXEPT FOR MY GRAPHICS CARD.. it's stuck in polycrhome hell.
