I can duplicate and fix the error.

1) Suspend the system
2) Reboot it instead of waking it from sleep; either by holding the power button or unplugging power.

When it starts; the blue LED blinks.
To fix it, suspend again, and this time unsleep it.

Strange, I seem to have resolved it by holding down the power button for 30 seconds.

I have unplugged and replugged the power, but only get a blue led blinking when it powers on.
