Remove the power cord from the PSU and remove the CR2032 CMOS battery, press the power button 4-5 times to discharge the capacitors then try turning the system on. What PSU do you have?

I can't get my motherboard to stop power cycling.

Ryzen 5 1600af
RX 580
3200MHZ RAM
550W powersupply.
