Author: foxent
Subject: 1937
Posted: 06 Feb 2016 at 5:24pm

Hi,

I have a problem with my Fatal1ty X99M Killer. Realtek High-Definition-Audio Version:7560 is doing problem on my Win 10 64bit machine.

Under Realtek HD-Audio Manager I can choose 7.1 speaker and test the konfiguration. Every loudspeaker is then working perfectly. But after reboot rear left and rear right is not working any more. I can click on the speaker to test but no sound is comming out. Only disconnecting the cable and reconnecting is activating the speaker again.

My thought is there is a problem in the driver and windows 7. But the driver is from July and AsRock support didn't answered my support request the third time. So I have not heared anything since August. Very poor service.

Any ideas?
