Inlaw,

If you go open Device Manager, do you see hardware that lists as Other Decides or unknown? How about anything that has a yellow exclamation point?

I would try downloading the latest chipset for your motherboard, removing the currently installed chipset, and reinstalling the new (latest) chipset.

BIOS version: p2.20
CPU: ryzen 5 3600
RAM: t-force dark za 3600
