Hello everyone, I'm new here and would like some help with a new SSD I got from WD. I'm not an expert when it comes to computers and only know basic things.

So, my problem is I installed the new SSD into my ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 mobo in the M.2 at the bottom of the board (top already has a existing SSD), but for some reason my computer doesn't recognize the drive and I can't see it in BIOS. I am only planning to use this SSD as another storage device. How can I go about getting the mobo to recognize this and have it appear in BIOS?
