I bought some components to build a powerful PC. I have a ASRock z490 itx tb3 with i9 10900k processor, the water cooler system is the artic 240 ii, I could install windows but now when y try to run cinebench or any application the CPU gets too hot reaching temperatures of 115 c .. when I am in the bios the temperature is around 47.5 to 52 . What is happening?? I reseated the water cooler again with new thermal paste. I don't want to thing that the motherboard or my CPU are damaged. Thanks for any help.]]>
