Hello!
I have AsRock Z490 Extreme4 motherboard with all Razer peripherals from Razer(mouse, keyboard, headset), and I'm controlling all the RGB Led from Razer Synapse 3(the asrock polychrome is syncrone with synapse). Everything is working until I unplug any USB port(front and back) the all RBG lightning goes dark(off). The settings are not working, so I restart the Synapse3 and its goes to normal.
Its really a problem because I use usb port to charge my wireless headset, and when I disconnect it from charging, my PC and razer goes dark.
