Hi everyone, I've just assembled a brand new desktop

MB: ASRock H470M-HDV
CPU: Core i5 10400F
RAM: 2*8GB Radeon memory
SSD: A-Data SU650 512GB
GPU: GTX 1030
PSU: Chieftec 500W

and I got no display on the very first boot. And whatever I do it doesn't help. I tried:
- clearing CMOS
- replacing PSU, RAM, SSD, GPU
