I built a custom rig using an ASRock x300 barebones. I have everything installed per the instructions. When I plug in the power cable, the blue LED flashes on then immediately goes off. When I press the power button nothing happens. No CPU fan, no blue LED.

This is my first build in a number of years, so it's possible I missed something simple that isn't explicitly stated in the instructions. I'd really appreciate help troubleshooting my issues. Build details are below.

Ryzen 5 5600G
16 GB DDR4 SODIMM RAM
