If you want people to assist, you will need to provide greater detail on the hardware. That would include the motherboard, the CPU, GPU if appropriate, PSU, and type of memory.

And then a little more detail on when the problem started as well. Did this PC ever work properly?

I have looked at my cables they are all plugged in I have tried both SSD boot start ups and keeps going back to same screen please help I have a AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6 core processor
