Well it should if there is no monitor hooked up when you get it hooked up it should post.. but you never really now until you do it..

New build B560m Pro4, Intel I5 10400, Evga 650 psu, 16gb Corsair ram, 1TB Wd HDD.
1.Attempting to start while awaiting display port to vga adapter.
2.Currently cpu fan, case fan & I think Hdd powers up. Immediately 3 rapid beeps start with a red led appearing for vga & boot. After a few seconds the two leds
go out.
