I have a Z87 Extreme 4 and am trying to run windows 10 on it. But now after 4 boots on a brand new SSHD windows hangs at first loading screen. this is the 3rd build on different hard drives and I was hoping there would be some way to test my motherboard and Kingston ram. 

Is there specific software to test Asrock motherboards? 

And how do I test the ram?
