Hey all. I made a different post regarding this issue, but didn't get any response, so i'll try this post :)

When I go into device manager and look for network adaptors, there is not a Realtek Network Controller. Seems to have disappeared. I've tried to update drivers and no luck. I get an error message saying "The Realtek Network Controller was not found. If Deep Sleep Mode is enabled Please Plug the Cable" That's word for word what it says. I've contacted Asrock tech support and they said to RMA it. Unfortunately Asrock will not RMA this board because I purchased it as a pre built PC. I have 2 of these exact same builds (for my kids).
