Hi everyone, thanks for read this.

i have an issue with my b550 and i want to know if only happen to me.

Previously i had a b450 steel legend, and the IO shield, and other leds can be customized with different colors each one, for example display 9 static colors on the same component (I/O cover)

In the b550 steel legend same component, only can display 1 single color in all leds, i mean each led cannot be customized on the same component (I/O cover) just display 1 color, but this I/O cover have 7 different leds but the same color is synced for all...

-B550 Steel Legend ATX
-Windows 10 1909
-Latest BIOS installed
-nu51_3.04 firmware
-Latest polychrome app available
-I already tried:
Go to RGB app installation folder in Command Prompt by typing "cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ASRock Utility\ASRRGBLED\Bin"
Flash the RGB chip by using the following command "WriteFW.bat"



how can i fix this??
