I am planning on building a itx pc and i currently bought a i5 10400f and gtx 1080.

However I am having trouble deciding on a motherboard. I am currently deciding between the asrock b560m itx/ac and the h570m itx/ac.

So I read on their website that the b560 supports BFB(base frequency boost) which I?�m not sure if I can use it with my i5 10400f. Also I don?�t see on their website whether the h570 supports BFB. Despite the h570 suppose to be a more premium board

The price of between the 2 boards is 20usd difference from where I?�m from. So I consider getting the h570 for the 2 extra m.2 slot and the raid support. But don?�t know if it supports BFB.
