With the latest health check program from Microsoft my motherboard (X570 Creator) is missing one check: Secure Boot.

When I enable the Secure Boot (Security - Secure Boot - Secure Boot = Enabled) and select for Secure Boot Mode = Standard, save and exit, the motherboard returns in the UEFI BIOS settings. Normally it should boot into Windows.

When I disable it again the PC boots into Windows 10, but not possible to upgrade to Win11.

Has anybody any idea what the problem is?
