In device manager, under "Other devices" I have a "Base System Device" with no drivers. Here are the hardware ID's:

PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C11&SUBSYS_4C111849&REV_01
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C11&SUBSYS_4C111849
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C11&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_4C11&CC_0880

I have tried changing various drivers recommended online and also working. As I said above, I have tried many times to uninstall and reinstall the drivers.
