Clear CMOS and try inserting ram in A1, reboot. Hello.

I got B550M HDV + Athlon 3000G + 8gb 3200mhz ram(hyperx fury).
By default bios was 1.10. It was working good(win10 installed, boots ok, but wierd behavior on shutdown - it reboots, instead of powering off) . Next day I decided to update to latest(1.90), update was ok, booted to BIOS, changed the settings(XMP, CSM off and WOL). After reboot - black screen no beeps, no post.

Tried clearing CMOS - nothing.
Removed ram - long beeps.
