with bios 3.2 (or 3.11 beta), epyc 7001 is no longer supported
its in bios download page description

I want to buy ROMED2-8T for the EPYC 7551 processor. On the AsRock website in the datasheet - support for 7001 processors, including 7551, but when using BIOS 1.30.
