Anyone seen this problem on x300?

Install Windows Server 2019 x300 with 5600G and 32GB. Install drivers and get the latest updates and everything is good, runs great. Enable Hyper-V and reboot and get into a boot loop with only windows repair options available. Disable SVM in bios and it reboots normally and runs fine but no hyper-v available for running VMs.

Running bios 1.70, but tried 1.60 with no difference.
Tried disabling other options like IMMOU or SMT but no difference.

Strange because I also have an a300 (latest bios) with Server 2019 on a 2400G and 64GB and it works flawlessly with 8 VMs running.
