in the specs, I see:

"- 11th Gen Intel® Core??Processors support DDR4 non-ECC, un-buffered memory up to 4800+(OC)*
- 10th Gen Intel® Core??Processors support DDR4 non-ECC, un-buffered memory up to 4666+(OC)*"

then, beneath that, I see:

*11th Gen Intel® Core??(i9/i7/i5) support DDR4 3200 natively; Core??(i3), Pentium® and Celeron® support DDR4 2666 natively.
10th Gen Intel® Core??(i9/i7) support DDR4 2933 natively; Core??(i5/i3), Pentium® and Celeron® support DDR4 2666 natively.

So my question is, if I'm using a 10th generation processor, will these ddr4-3200 stix work? Brand new motherboard with Intel Core i9-10850K Comet Lake 3.6GHz Ten-Core LGA 1200

Tried with and without graphics card.

New memory and new power supply.

Could the memory be the problem?
