Author: Bawalls722
Subject: 19762
Posted: 28 Oct 2021 at 10:04am

I recently purchase a PC second hand to be a streaming/backup pc. It has a z370 Taichi, 8700k, 16gb ram, 850w psu, windows was already installed on another Samsung SSD (not m.2). The guy accidentally left the Samsung 970 evo in the pc and said he planned to keep it but oh well. When I installed the 970 it will not show in bios. I have tried unplugging the other Samsung. I have tried all 3 m.2 slots. I just wanted it used as a storage drive. I do not believe the bios has ever been updated. That may be my next step but wanted to ask here first. Thank you in advance for any help
