So i just move from atx to sff build I bought the ssupd meshlicious gen 3 pcie and b550 phantom gaming itx which is gen 4 pcie slot

My first idea is build the pc outside the case first and enter bios then change pcie gen setting to gen 3. Then i tried plug the riser cable (still outside the case) it works! But when i build it inside the case, there is no display what so ever?? And i tried to rebuild it again outside the case (without riser cable) it show a display again. But then i tried the above step again and it keep resetting the bios setting..

I already tried change bios then build it straightforward to the case its still reset the bios.

Any ideas what happen to my build???
