You cannot rollback to BIOS 1.xx once you have upgraded to 3.xx anyway.<br /><br />There are only two options in BIOS 3.xx or 4.xx CSM menu<br />* Launch PXE OpROM Policy<br />* Launch Storage OpROM Policy<br /><br />Trust me, I tried, without "Launch Video OpROM Policy" option in CSM set to legacy. non-UEFI graphics card won't boot up.]]>

Seems it have been removed since BIOS version 3.xx<br /><br />Graphic Cards are too expensive these days. Many folks (like me) need to resort to legacy non-UEFI graphic card as a stop gap solution. And those cards won't be able to boot up with out CSM Video OpROM Policy enabled.]]>
