Is the new CPU the same model as the old one? I had this pc working with a fan that did not fit the motherboard, i ended up letting the cpu overheat and it failed.

Now after replacing the fan and cpu im getting a flashing light on the motherboard cpu and dram, and before this new cpu came in I was only getting the cpu light flashing.

It is only a flash and the lights are not staying on the power light in the front of the pc is also only flashing really quickly it will not boot.

It worked with this ram previously and I'm not entirely sure if a bad fan will prevent startup, i cannot test with the old fan as it will not fit..

I have two motherboards of the phantom a new one to test but it came open box. Both are showing the same errors.
